Chia Pudding with Coconut Milk

Ingredients: 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon honey (optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A pinch of salt Kitchen Tools Needed: Bowl To harvest Serving bowls Instructions: In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract and salt. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Let it sit for 5 minutes and stir again to prevent the seeds from clumping together. Chicken breast with vegetables

 

Ingredients:

  • 200g chicken breast
  • 50g broccoli
  • 50g carrots
  • 100g sweet pepper
  • 20g olive oil
  • 10g soy sauce
  • spices to taste

    Kitchen Tools Needed:

    • pan
      knife
      cutting board

      Instructions:Cut the chicken breast into pieces and marinate in soy sauce and spices for 10 minutes.

      Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
      Add chicken breast to the pan and fry until golden brown.
      Add chopped broccoli, carrots and bell peppers.
      Simmer everything together over medium heat until the vegetables are cooked.
      Check the doneness of the chicken and vegetables and add a little water if necessary.
      Serve hot.
