Chia Pudding with Coconut Milk

Ingredients: 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon honey (optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A pinch of salt Kitchen Tools Needed: Bowl To harvest Serving bowls Instructions: In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract and salt. Coconut Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 200ml of coconut milk
  • 50g of dark chocolate (dairy-free)
  • 30g of cacao powder
  • 30g of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp of cornstarch
  • A pinch of salt

  • Whisk
  • Saucepan
  • Measuring cups
  • Serving dishes

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the coconut milk, dark chocolate, and maple syrup. Stir until the chocolate melts completely.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the cacao powder, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the melted chocolate mixture, continuously whisking to prevent lumps.
  • Keep whisking until the mixture thickens, then remove from heat.
  • Let it cool slightly before pouring into three serving dishes.
  • Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to set before serving.
