Chia Pudding with Coconut Milk

Herb-Crusted Pork Chops



Ingredients:

  • 6 pork chops (200g each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 150g of asparagus, trimmed
  • 200g of cherry tomatoes, halved

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Frying pan
  • Meat thermometer
  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Mixing bowl

Instructions:

  • Preheat the frying pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  • Rub the herb mixture onto both sides of the pork chops, coating them evenly.
  • Add the pork chops to the hot pan and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the asparagus and cherry tomatoes to the pan, allowing them to roast with the pork chops and absorb the flavors.
  • Once cooked, remove the pork chops and vegetables from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes.
  • Drizzle with lemon juice before serving and enjoy fresh.
