Chia Pudding with Coconut Milk

Ingredients: 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon honey (optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A pinch of salt Kitchen Tools Needed: Bowl To harvest Serving bowls Instructions: In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract and salt. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Let it sit for 5 minutes and stir again to prevent the seeds from clumping together. Simple Sausage and Cheese Scramble

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 sausages
  • 50g of cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 30g salami
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • frying pan
  • spatula
  • knife
  • plato

Instructions:

  • Cut the sausages and salami into small pieces.
  • In a frying pan over medium heat, add a little oil and heat the sausages until golden brown.
  • Add the salami and cook for a few minutes until crispy.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a little salt and pepper.
  • Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and mix with the sausages and salami, cooking until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
  • Add the cheese and mix well until melted. Serve hot.
