Chicken Ramen Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 500g of chicken breast, sliced
  • 300g of ramen noodles
  • 200g of bell peppers, sliced
  • 100g of onions, sliced
  • 100g of baby spinach
  • 50ml of soy sauce
  • 30ml of sesame oil
  • 10g of ginger, minced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 200ml of chicken broth

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok
  • Chopping Board
  • Knife
  • Measuring Cups
  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
  • Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • In a separate pot, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the wok with the chicken, stir-frying for another 3-5 minutes until they begin to soften.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and chicken broth, bringing it to a simmer.
  • Add cooked ramen noodles to the wok, tossing everything together to combine well, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Fold in the baby spinach and cook until wilted, about 1 minute.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
