Ingredients:

  • 250g of gluten-free pizza flour
  • 5g of instant yeast
  • 150ml of warm water
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 200g of tomato sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 100g of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 100g of dairy-free mozzarella
  • 1 tsp of dried oregano
  • 1 tsp of fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free pizza flour, instant yeast, salt, and olive oil. Gradually add warm water and knead until a smooth dough forms.
  • Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) and place the pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.
  • Once the dough has risen, roll it out on a floured surface into a circular shape, about 10-12 inches in diameter.
  • Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Layer the sliced bell pepper, mushrooms, and onion over the tomato sauce evenly.
  • Sprinkle the dairy-free mozzarella on top of the vegetables and add oregano, basil, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Carefully transfer the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  • Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot.
