Baked Oriental Chicken with Colorful Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 200g of broccoli
  • 300g sweet potato cubes

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Air Fryer
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • In a bowl, mix the chicken with the peppers, onion, garlic, carrots, broccoli and sweet potato.
  • Season with salt, pepper and spices to taste.
  • Place the mixture in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Then transfer the baking sheet to the Air Fryer for another 5 minutes to brown everything.
  • Remove from the oven, mix well and serve hot.
