Chia Pudding with Coconut Milk

Ingredients: 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon honey (optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A pinch of salt Kitchen Tools Needed: Bowl To harvest Serving bowls Instructions: In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract and salt. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Let it sit for 5 minutes and stir again to prevent the seeds from clumping together. Chocolate Oatmeal Muffins


 

Ingredients:

  • 100g of oats
  • 30g of cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 50g of flour
  • 150g of yogurt
  • 100ml of milk

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave Oven

Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, combine oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and flour.
  • Add the yogurt and milk to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe muffin tray, filling each mold about three-quarters full.
  • Microwave the muffins on high for about 8-10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let the muffins cool for a couple of minutes before removing them from the tray and serving.
