Chia Pudding with Coconut Milk

Ingredients: 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon honey (optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A pinch of salt Kitchen Tools Needed: Bowl To harvest Serving bowls Instructions: In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract and salt. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Let it sit for 5 minutes and stir again to prevent the seeds from clumping together. Chocolate Peanut Snack

Ingredients:

  • 200ml of milk
  • 100g of cream
  • 150g of semisweet chocolate
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g of roasted and chopped peanuts

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender
  • Air Fryer

Instructions:

  • In a blender, add 200ml of milk, 100g of cream, 150g of melted semisweet chocolate, 1 can of condensed milk and 2 eggs.
  • Beat everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl and add 100g of roasted and chopped peanuts, mixing well.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C.
  • Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a greased pan.
  • Place the molds in the Air Fryer and cook for about 25 minutes.
  • After the time, remove and let cool before unmolding.
