Chia Pudding with Coconut Milk

Ingredients: 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon honey (optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A pinch of salt Kitchen Tools Needed: Bowl To harvest Serving bowls Instructions: In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract and salt. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Let it sit for 5 minutes and stir again to prevent the seeds from clumping together. Creamy Garlic Pork with Flat Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 large onion
  • 200ml cream
  • 100g Ketchup
  • 300g pork
  • 250g Flachnudeln
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • First, cook the flat noodles in a large pot of boiling water according to the instructions on the packet.
  • While the noodles are cooking, cut the pork into small pieces.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the finely chopped onion and garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  • Add the pork to the pan and fry until cooked through.
  • Then add the tomato paste and ketchup, stir well and bring to the boil briefly.
  • Add the cream and mix well, then simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Drain the cooked flat noodles and add them to the pan with the sauce, stirring well so that the noodles can absorb everything.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot.
