Chia Pudding with Coconut Milk

Ingredients: 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon honey (optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A pinch of salt Kitchen Tools Needed: Bowl To harvest Serving bowls Instructions: In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract and salt. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Let it sit for 5 minutes and stir again to prevent the seeds from clumping together. Quick Chicken and Cucumber Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of Bread
  • 100g Chicken (cooked and shredded)
  • 1/2 Cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 Banana (sliced)
  • 1 Apple (sliced)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave Oven

Instructions:

  • Place the shredded chicken on one slice of bread.
  • Layer the cucumber slices on top of the chicken.
  • Add the banana and apple slices on top of the cucumber.
  • Cover with the second slice of bread.
  • Place the sandwich in the microwave for 30 seconds to warm it up.
  • Remove from the microwave, cut in half, and serve.
