Chia Pudding with Coconut Milk

Ingredients: 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon honey (optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A pinch of salt Kitchen Tools Needed: Bowl To harvest Serving bowls Instructions: In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract and salt. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Let it sit for 5 minutes and stir again to prevent the seeds from clumping together. Quick Cocoa Snack

 


Ingredients:

  • 50g of flour
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 40g of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 100ml of milk

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microvawe Oven

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix 50g of flour, 30g of cocoa powder and 40g of sugar.
  • Add 1 egg and 100ml of milk to the mixture and beat until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
  • Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe container.
  • Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.
