Chia Pudding with Coconut Milk

Ingredients: 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon honey (optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A pinch of salt Kitchen Tools Needed: Bowl To harvest Serving bowls Instructions: In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract and salt. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Let it sit for 5 minutes and stir again to prevent the seeds from clumping together. Quick Tomato and Egg Toast

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of Bread
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 20g Butter
  • 50g Flour

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Barbecue

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs and mix in the flour until smooth.
  • Melt the butter in a pan and lightly toast the bread on both sides.
  • Place the toasted bread on a baking tray.
  • Pour the egg and flour mixture over the toasted bread.
  • Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them on top of the egg mixture.
  • Bake in the oven for 3-4 minutes until the egg is set and the tomatoes are slightly roasted.
