Chia Pudding with Coconut Milk

Ingredients: 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon honey (optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A pinch of salt Kitchen Tools Needed: Bowl To harvest Serving bowls Instructions: In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract and salt. Rice with Jaba Meat and Caramelized Onions

Ingredients:

  • 200g rice
  • 150g of jaba meat
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 liter of water
  • chopped parsley to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • pot
  • wooden spoon
  • knife
  • bowl
  • cutting board

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced onion and cook until it is golden brown and caramelized.
  • Remove the onion from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add the jaba meat cut into cubes and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Cook the meat until it is nicely browned.
  • Add the rice to the pan and mix well with the meat.
  • Pour in the water and mix again, increasing the heat to simmer until the rice comes to a boil.
  • When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and simmer with the pan covered for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the water is absorbed.
  • Turn off the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • Serve the rice with the jaba meat, garnishing with the caramelized onion and chopped parsley.
