Chia Pudding with Coconut Milk

Ingredients: 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon honey (optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A pinch of salt Kitchen Tools Needed: Bowl To harvest Serving bowls Instructions: In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract and salt. Tuna Salad with Chopped Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of tuna in water
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 50g frozen peas
  • 100g mayonnaise
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • chopped parsley for decoration

Instructions:

  • Cook the eggs in boiling water for about 8 minutes.
  • While the eggs are cooking, defrost the peas in hot water for a few minutes and drain.
  • In a bowl, mix the drained tuna, peas and mayonnaise.
  • When the eggs are cooked, peel them and cut them into small pieces.
  • Add the chopped eggs to the tuna and pea mixture.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste and mix well.
  • Serve the tuna salad on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
