Chia Pudding with Coconut Milk

Ingredients: 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon honey (optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A pinch of salt Kitchen Tools Needed: Bowl To harvest Serving bowls Instructions: In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract and salt. Buttermilk Oregano Chicken Drumsticks



Ingredients:

  • 2 Chicken drumsticks
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 cup Flour

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix the buttermilk, salt, and oregano together.
  • Coat the chicken drumsticks in the buttermilk mixture and let them marinate for a minute.
  • Dredge the marinated chicken in flour until fully coated.
  • Heat a pan on the stove top and add a little oil.
  • Cook the chicken drumsticks on the stove top for about 4 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
