Ingredients: 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon honey (optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A pinch of salt Kitchen Tools Needed: Bowl To harvest Serving bowls Instructions: In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract and salt. Crispy Homemade Fries



 

Ingredients:

  • 3 large potatoes (about 600g), peeled and cut into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  • In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
  • Spread the potato strips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
