Chia Pudding with Coconut Milk

Ingredients: 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon honey (optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A pinch of salt Kitchen Tools Needed: Bowl To harvest Serving bowls Instructions: In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract and salt. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Let it sit for 5 minutes and stir again to prevent the seeds from clumping together. Roast Pork Loin with Herbs



Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of pork loin
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 medium onion, sliced

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  • Rub this mixture into the pork loin, making sure it is well seasoned.
  • Place the loin in a baking dish and arrange the onion slices around it.
  • Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
  • After 1 hour, remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes, or until the meat is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
