Chia Pudding with Coconut Milk

Ingredients: 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon honey (optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A pinch of salt Kitchen Tools Needed: Bowl To harvest Serving bowls Instructions: In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract and salt. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Let it sit for 5 minutes and stir again to prevent the seeds from clumping together. Seafood and Beef Stir-Fry with Spinach and Cabbage



Ingredients:

  • 200g Beef, sliced
  • 100g Prawns, peeled
  • 100g Mussels, cleaned
  • 150g Mackerel, filleted
  • 100g Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 100g Spinach, fresh
  • 100g Cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Air Fryer
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Heat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
  • In a bowl, mix the beef, prawns, mussels, and mackerel with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the mixed seafood and beef in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
  • While the meat is cooking, in a large pan on the stove, add the spinach, cabbage, and cherry tomatoes.
  • Sauté the vegetables for about 3-4 minutes until they are slightly wilted.
  • Once the seafood and beef are done, add them to the pan with the vegetables and stir well to combine.
  • Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat everything through and serve immediately.
