Turkey Wrap with Veggies

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz sliced turkey breast
  • 1 large lettuce leaf (for wrapping)
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Mixing bowl

Instructions:

  • Lay the lettuce leaf flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread the sliced turkey breast evenly over the lettuce leaf.
  • Layer the avocado slices, bell peppers, and shredded carrots on top of the turkey.
  • Drizzle olive oil and apple cider vinegar over the veggies.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Carefully roll the lettuce leaf to form a wrap, tucking in the sides as you go.
  • Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
